Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and it's being processed.

Dispatch Times
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Victorian warehouse within 1–2 business days. During busy sale periods, delays may occur — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (orders under $150)

  • Express Shipping: $20

We currently ship within Australia only.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Didn’t get it? Please check your junk/spam folder, or email us at info@pogosupps.com.au.

 


 

Returns & Replacements

Faulty or Damaged Products
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our team at info@pogosupps.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we’ll organise a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • You received what you ordered but changed your mind

  • You misused the product in a way that caused the issue

  • The product did not meet your personal expectations
