Will I be able to taste Pogo Supplements in my drink?

Pogo Supplements pride ourselves on offering flavourless products that can be added into any drink of your choice without altering the taste.

Our supplements are made with a range of raw ingredients that each have their own individual taste which can sometimes be quite strong and overpowering. To counteract these powerful tastes, we add the smallest amount of natural sweetener Stevia as possible, to balance the blends back to a neutral taste. For some, this might make your drink taste sweeter than usual, while others won’t be able to tell they are there.

Our Focus blend is the most notably sweet, while Rejuvenate and Immunity are more subtlety neutralised.

For those consuming you supplements in tea or coffee, and would normally add a sweetener, we recommend trying without sweetener first, and adjusting accordingly.

Why does the Focus blend turn bright yellow?

One of Focus’s ingredients Saffron contains natural compounds that are responsible for its rich, vibrant yellow colour. This is a normal reaction. Please don’t stress, our products don’t contain any artificial colourings.

How should I store Pogo Supplements?

You can store your sachets for up to 18 months when stored in a cool dry place below 21 degrees and out of direct sunlight, in a low moisture and oxygen transmission environment.

Can I take Pogo Supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult with your healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

Can I take Pogo Supplements with other medications?

If you are currently taking medications or have a health condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

My product is faulty or damaged, what do I do?

Pogo Supplements are happy to replace any product that is faulty or damaged. Any damages are required to be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Please contact our customer care team within 2 days to organise a replacement or refund at info@pogosupps.com.au.

Please note that we request photographic evidence of the fault or damage prior to you being reimbursed.

I changed my mind; how do I return my products?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or exchanges if

  • You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind;
  • You misused the products in any way that caused the problem;
  • the product did not perform to your expectations.

What happens once I've placed my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an initial confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received by Pogo Supplements.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will then receive an email with the tracking details.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Victoria Warehouse. During busy sale periods, we kindly ask that customers allow some extra time. If you need an order urgently, please email info@pogosupps.com.au and our team will do their best to assist you if we can.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this, please check your junk or spam folder, and then email our team at info@pogosupps.com.au.

How much is delivery?

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 and Express Shipping is $15.99.
